• For orders outside Hyderabad, we recommend canvas roll orders. However, We are not responsible for frame damages during transit.
  
  
• For products like Glow art and LED Backlight, painting is only processed after final approval of sample image.
  
  
• Any payments made are non-refundable after approving two sample images and once the artwork is complete.
  
  
• Free shipping for orders above 10,000/-.
  
  
• Payments are refundable if your artwork is not completed within the expected and stated time-frame. If you have a specific time-frame, you are to inform us of the date in advance.
  
  
• We will always state an expected date for your commission to be complete. However, please also take into consideration that artists have many commitments, and on some occasions have to put editorial work in delay.
  
  
• If you have a problem or concern at any time, simply communicate with us. We are always available and quick to respond to any queries.

Glow Arts doesn’t endorse or feature any particular website, brand or product. All prices mentioned on the website are in the currency of Indian National Rupees (INR) and are by no means subject to change.

Product Description

The description of products and services is as accurate as possible. Graphics, pictures and others are purely for representational purpose.

Services

• The size of any photograph uploaded on the website to avail the services herein should meet the minimum requirement of size and image quality. Glow Arts cannot modify images that do not meet the required criteria.
  
  
• For photographs, the qualifying criteria would be a size of 800 X 800 – 150 dpi (dots per inch). Images should be sized 700KB or more. The file format of TIFF is usually best for us, but we can also use high-quality JPEG or JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF file images.
  
  
• Custom instruction given by the user shall be accepted based on the possibility that exists for the quality of the image uploaded. If Glow Arts doesn’t find the custom instruction within the possibilities of its expertise, the customers shall be informed about it. The expertise at Glow Arts shall however not fail to stand up to the parameters mentioned in the description of its services.
  
  
• The artwork created by the artists at Glow Arts are sent to the customers for approval. The customer must be explicit with their requirements and specifications for the modification of the image.
  
  
• Framing of artwork will be done upon request only for canvas art. For other services, framing for artworks in other services is not yet made available.

Warranty

Glow Art is liable for providing any warranty/guarantee for any product it features. 

Our products are waterproof, Dust-free, Lifetime color guarantee. But this is purely in the hands of the customer how he keeps the frame safe.
